In the summer of 2011, my husband, Henry, and I went to Riviera Maya, Mexico for a weekend vacation. It was a very beautiful and amazing place to visit.
The summer of 2009, Henry and I went on a Cruise to Progreso and Cozumel in Mexico. This was our picture on the cruise ship
the night of the Captain's dinner. We had a blast and will definitely go on another cruise sometime.
My name is Mrs. Colleen Shuler. I am married to Henry Shuler (aka Henry Alan). We live in Humansville, Missouri. Henry works in Springfield, Missouri at IWX Motor Freight as a driver manager. This year I will be teaching education courses full-time at Southwest Baptist University for the first time. Prior to this year, I have taught in first grade, second grade and third grade for a total of 26 years of teaching experience. I am very excited to embrace this new challenge as I love teaching and sharing with others all about the ups and downs that accompany it. I hope to instill this love of learning and teaching into my students as well.
We have three married children and nine grandchildren plus another new arrival expected on September 22nd. Gary, the oldest, is married to Jaime. They have four children who all attended Fair Play School: Lance-attended Missouri Valley for the past two years and was part of their basketball team. This year he has transferred to OTC where he has decided to pursue Air Conditioning and Heating, Sadie-will be attending MSU in the fall as a freshman, Hayleigh-9th grade & Codey-8th grade. Ashley, the middle child, is married to Clint. They live in Willard and have two sons, Bryce-7th grade and Brady-kindergarten. They also have another boy who will be named Brock Henry due to arrive in September. C.J., the youngest is married to Monica. They live in the Pleasant Hope area and have three children, Ilandria - 5th grade, Connor - 3rd grade, and Ollie-1 1/2 years old.
Henry and I do most everything together. We golf, fish, work around the house and the yard, and even go shopping! Henry has been my chief decorator in my classroom and now for my office as well. He has made lots crayon furniture and he frequently came to school to hang things from the ceilings for me!!! He is definitely my number one supporter in all that I do!
